While transfers aren’t generally included in this region, your guest documents will provide a range of private and public transport options to help you plan ahead. Some tours also include an airport drop-off on the final day, so check your itinerary for details. In selected cities, you can purchase private transfers on the first and last days of your tour, just check availability when booking. Arriving early or staying on after your tour? You can still purchase a transfer, as long as your extra night(s) are booked through Trafalgar.

• Arrival flights should land at least 2 hours before the final scheduled transfer
• Departure flights should take off at least 3 hours after the first scheduled transfer arrives at the airport

1. To guarantee your transfer, you or your Travel Agent must provide detailed flight information no less than 21 days prior to departure. Once booked, transfers cannot be amended.
2. Transfer options are only available to and from hotels booked through Trafalgar.
3. In the event of flight delays occurring outside of Trafalgar’s control, the transfer(s) will be deemed as cancelled.
4. Trafalgar is not responsible if any unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, strikes or demonstrations) delay or cancel your transfer.
5. Trafalgar is unable to provide refunds if you miss your transfer, or for passengers who choose not to use their pre-booked transfer.
